Manage Risk Types
The Manage Risk Types submenu is in the third position within the Risk Management module. All users who have access to the module will have access to this submenu.
Upon clicking Manage Risk Types, a list of pre-defined types by the Fusion system will be displayed.
Attention
It is important to note that the terms used in the predefined list of risk types will be imported in Portuguese and will not be translatable. Therefore, when using an environment configured in English or Spanish, it will be necessary to manually create the risk types in the desired language. In the image above, we provide a translation of the existing risk types in Fusion by default so that you can use it as a reference in your English environment.
The pre-defined list of Risk Types covers a variety of areas within an organization, allowing information to be edited or deleted as needed.
You can configure the display order of the created records, with sorting options by Name or Description, and in Ascending or Descending order. The default sorting on this screen will be by Name in Ascending order.
On the right side of the screen, there is also a search field for when it's necessary to search for a type.
In addition to the pre-defined Risk Types, it's possible to create new ones as per the organization's needs. To do so, click on New.
Upon selecting the option, another screen will become available.
On this screen, you can fill in the following information:
- Name: Name of the risk type. This field is mandatory and has a limit of 64 characters.
- Description: Guidance on the use of the type. This field is optional and has a limit of 2000 characters.
After clicking Save, a message on the screen will inform you that the Risk Type has been successfully saved. After that, it will be saved in the list on the previous screen.
Note
If there are many types configured to the extent of having a scroll bar, more options will be loaded, always loading and making available the types in groups of 20.
Additionally, clicking on the arrow next to a Risk Type reveals some options such as Edit and Remove.
For batch actions, only the Remove option will be available.
When attempting to remove a type that is already being used in a risk, a validation message will appear on the screen, and it will not be possible to proceed with its deletion.
After configuring the necessary types, it is possible to create new risks, linking them to the created type.
