Index update

To perform manual indexing, open the Index Update screen in Setup > Index Update:

The options that are of interest that are indexed should be checked, among these options are: Document, Task, Process.

Attention

Because it depends on the number of files to be indexed, the indexing process may take a while to complete.

Attention

When opting for manual indexing and starting it, it is important that the environment should not be restarted (through Tomcat) until the indexing is completely finished.
