Send Notice

To send general notices to all users of the system, you can use the Send Notice function.

When you click Administration > Send Notice, a modal appears and in it you can configure a message and the time at which that warning will remain active.

1

In the message box you can write a message of a maximum of 500 characters, which is mandatory.

In the field below, you can set the time in minutes until this warning expires. If you don't enter any values then the warning will only be sent to active users at that instant. The maximum time that can be set is 1440 minutes which is equivalent to 24 hours.

When you're done with the settings, just click Send. Please note that once sent, it cannot be undone.

2

The warning is sent to all users active at that instant or who log in during the uptime set in the warning. If the user logs in more than once to the system during the configured uptime, they will receive the warning every time. If more than one warning is sent in the same period, they will be queued one after the other.

In the notice field you can see who sent it, as well as the date and time. After reading the warning, simply click I'm aware to have the modal close.

Warning: If the environment is restarted, the warnings will expire and will no longer be delivered, even if the expiration period set by the user has not come to an end.
